Prime Big Deal Days

Developed a scalable design system for Prime Big Deal Days (PBDD), bridging Prime Day and Holiday campaigns and enabling year-over-year reuse. Reduced churn in asset and guideline development, improved creative continuity across Q4 campaigns, and supported Amazon’s largest October event ever—driving higher sales, more items sold globally, and $1B+ in Prime member savings.
